Confidentiality of Guest Information

Policy Statement

Cozy Haven Hotel maintains a strict policy to ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or authorities without proper consent.

Purpose

This policy aims to protect our guests' privacy and ensures that all staff prioritize the safety and security of our guests.

Documents

All documents containing guest information must be stored in a secure environment with access restricted to authorized personnel only. This includes, but is not limited to:

Credit card receipts

Registration card receipts

Guest information folios

Service checks (for restaurants, concierge, etc.)

Recently processed documents will be kept in easily accessible areas, while others will be stored on-site for a specified duration according to hotel policy. All storage areas will maintain restricted access at all times. This policy may be reviewed at management's discretion, and any changes will be communicated to employees.

Smoking Policy

Cozy Haven Hotel is dedicated to maintaining a smoke-free environment, including vaping. Any room where smoking is detected will incur a fee of at least Tsh. 270,000 plus tax. We appreciate your cooperation in considering other guests and kindly request that you report any smoking incidents in the building immediately.
